<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that includes a means for locking a transparent member holding frame and a means for fixing a game board, which can be attached on a front frame through a single base member. <P>SOLUTION: A locking unit 36 includes: a locking base 80; a holding frame engaging member 92 that is attached to the locking base 80 and has a holding frame engaged state for restraining the transparent member holding frame from being opened and a holding frame disengaged state for allowing the transparent member holding frame to be opened; an unlocking operation portion 83 for enabling an output portion to be rotated when a key member 82 is inserted into a key hole; and a movement member 84 that is engaged with the output portion and the holding frame engaging member 92 and is moved in a vertical direction when it receives a rotational force from the output portion, thereby causing the holding frame engaging member 92 to enter the holding frame disengaged state. The locking base 80 is provided with a mounting portion 136.
