<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for connecting a vehicle body and an engine, for quickly assembling an engine in a vehicle body with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The method for mounting an engine E on a vehicle body W is configured to: load a holding member 12 for holding the posture of an engine mounting bracket 7, between a flange member 10 and the engine mounting bracket 7 of each of right and left engine mounts 1 mounted on the vehicle body W; and lift down the vehicle body W or lift up the engine E to insert right and left stud bolts 8 implanted on the engine E, into the respective bolt insertion holes 9 provided in the engine mounting brackets 7. The bolt insertion hole 9 has a tapered portion 9a formed from the entrance side, into which the stud bolt 8 is inserted, toward the exit side, while the top end of the stud bolt 8 has a tapered portion 8a formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
