The present invention relates to a test element and also a device and a method for generating a mixed liquid by means of a microfluidic rotating test element (2) having a substrate and a microfluidic channel structure (10) for receiving the liquid. The method comprises rotating the test element (2) together with the liquid according to a rotation profile which comprises at least two cycles, wherein, in one cycle, the following steps are carried out: accelerating the rotation of the test element (2) with an acceleration a1 until a first end angular velocity ?1 is achieved and subsequently accelerating the rotation of the test element (2) with an acceleration a2 until a second end angular velocity ?2 is achieved. The acceleration a1 and the acceleration a2 are in opposite directions. At least one of the accelerations a1, a2 and/or at least one of the end angular velocities ?1, ?2 changes from one cycle to the next cycle, whereby a uniform transport of molecules present in the liquid to an active surface in the channel structure (10) is achieved. |
