The plate (10) has a plate-like contact region including a contact surface (16) for bone parts and a through-hole (18) for a fastening element e.g. bone screw or latch pin. Projections are pressed into the bone parts and arranged at distance from each other in a series for staying along direction from the surface. A part of the projections is formed within a contact plate, where the projections are formed as teeth (26, 28, 30), which are arranged parallel together. The teeth are formed as sections of the bone plate and made from flat material.
