The closing device (1) has a pressure sensor, by which the tank inner pressure is sensed. A closure is formed, by which a feeding tube (7) is opened or closed for refilling the fuel. A locking device is assigned to the pressure sensor and the closure, by which the closure is closed in closed condition, if the tank inner pressure exceeds a tank inner threshold pressure.
