PURPOSE: A sensor for detecting thrombine using nanoparticles coated with electron transfer mediators is provided to ensure excellent stability and sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A sensor for detecting thrombine has an aptamer which selectively binds to thrombine and is fixed on the surface of an electrode. The aptemer is conjugated with nanoparticles coated with electron transfer mediators. The aptamer is DNA or RNA. The aptamer has a DNA sequence of sequence number 1. The mediator is ferrocene, quinone, cobalt, nickel, ruthenium, perricyanide, rhodium, palladium, osmium, iridium, platinum or hexamine ruthenium (III). A method for manufacturing the sensor comprises: a step of fixing the aptamer on the electrode; and a step of binding the aptamer with the nanoparticles. |
