PURPOSE: A quarantine disinfection device is provided to prevent drug solution passing through a nozzle pipe from freezing in winter season. CONSTITUTION: A quarantine disinfection device comprises: a liquid medicine supply unit which supplies liquid medicine through a coupling hose; a nozzle pipe(11) including a plurality of injection nozzles; and an integrated speed bump(10) inducing deceleration of a vehicle. The nozzle pipe includes: a main body which is formed in a regular length and thickness; a reinforcement unit(32) which is projected from the top of the main body at a constant height; a medicine passageway which is installed in the main body; and a hotwire installation path.
