摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight foam duct of high heat insulating property, on which dew formation is less liable to be generated. <P>SOLUTION: This foam duct 1 is formed by foaming blow-molding applying the supercritical fluid as a foaming agent, and has a three-dimensionally-bent part composed of a bent part 1b on one side and a bent part 1c on the other end side respectively connected to both ends of a central part 1a. A surface roughness of an outer surface of the foam duct is R45 &mu;m or less, and a foaming magnification is within the range of 2.5-5 times. In addition, foamed cells of small foamed cell diameter are uniformly distributed even to a thin part, whereby the foaming magnification is increased, a weight is reduced and the heat insulating property can be improved.
