<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caliper brake device in which the durability of a piston and a pressing elastic film can be assured. <P>SOLUTION: The caliper brake device for vehicle which applies a frictional force by putting a disk 6 rotating with a wheel 5 between the wheel and the brake device has such a configuration that the pressing elastic film 50 swells by means of fluid pressure introduced into a driving pressure chamber 63 on braking and the piston 65 pushes a brake block 7 against the disk 6, and that a protective elastic film 70 which is interposed between a caliper body 10 and the piston 65 and protects the pressing elastic film 50 is disposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
