PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure correct patrol work to be carried out by a worker by reliably detecting miss patrol or incorrect patrol and by appropriately notifying to the worker without necessity of disposing special identification information to patrol points.

SOLUTION: A database 1a stores three-dimensional map information indicating positions of scheduled patrol points and scheduled patrol routes in three-dimension direction including a height direction. A mobile terminal 3 detects three-dimensional positional information of the mobile terminal 3 and transmits the information to a server unit 1. The server unit 1 determines whether the worker patrols scheduled patrol points and scheduled patrol routs based on three-dimensional positional information of the mobile terminal 3 and three-dimensional map information stored in the database 1a, and transmits the determined result information to the mobile terminal 3.
