<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of retrieval accuracy of a person in retrieval based on knowledge attribute of the person calculated based on a mail text and conversation. <P>SOLUTION: A retrieval device 10 includes a know-who score calculation means 11 and a retrieval means 12. The know-who score calculation means 11 calculates a know-who score which is an index indicating expertise in the predetermined term that a person has, based on the number of a phone call history in which the predetermined term is included in a text and the person is a called party, out of one or more phone call histories in which the content of the phone call is changed into the text and the text content is recorded.
