<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide steel having excellent adhesiveness of a coated film, which is excellent in the adhesiveness of the coated film when forming the coated film on the surface of the steel, and in which peeling of the coated film from the end part, flaw part, etc., can be suppressed and life of the coated film can be made longer. <P>SOLUTION: The steel has the composition which is composed of, by mass%, 0.01-0.15% C, 0.10-0.60% Si, 0.2-1.8% Mn, ≤0.03% P, ≤0.02% S, ≤0.01% N, 0.01-0.20% Nb, ≤0.10% Al or further, one or more kinds selected from among ≤0.5% Cu, ≤2.0% Ni, ≤0.5% Mo, ≤0.5% W, ≤0.3% Sb, and ≤0.3% Sn, and/or <2% Cr, and/or the steel has a structure of a ferrite phase having a crystal grain size number of 7.0 or higher and ≥80% area ratio. By this method, when the coated film is formed on the surface, the adhesiveness of the coated film is excellent, further, peeling of the coated film from the end part, flaw part, etc., can be suppressed and the life of the coated film can be made longer, and the maintenance cost of the steel structure is reduced, that is, the improvement of the life cycle cost by the minimum-maintenance can be expected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
