<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter to solve a problem that, when sending motion picture data to a plurality of receivers, depending on the communication status of each receiver, motion picture data which are incompatible with the communication status may be sent. <P>SOLUTION: The transmitter acquires a first data rate with which data can be sent to a first receiver and second data rate with which data can be sent to a second receiver, and controls so that motion picture data controlled differently are sent to the first and second receivers, when a value corresponding to a difference between the first and second data rate is larger than a threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
