PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system which links information equipments by operation of a user and the like, and easily copes with the operation even in a different environment for each of the users, and to provide an information equipment control program, a scenario description file management device control program and a user instruction recognition device control program.

SOLUTION: A network system 1 includes: at least one or more information equipments 300 connected to a network; a scenario description file management device 10 for managing a scenario description file describing a predetermined procedure for controlling operation of at least the one or more predetermined information equipments connected to the network; and an user instruction recognition device 20 for transmitting a recognition identification code corresponding to the instruction of an user so as to reach the predetermined information equipments based on the instruction of the user.
