<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire with a terminal capable of delaying wire corrosion as much as possible and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: Of strands 11, a wire 12 and a terminal 20 are crimped by interposing a conduction blocking part 26 that blocks conduction between an exposure part 16a on a connection part side and a coupling part 28 between the exposure part 16a on the connection part side exposed in the coupling part 28 of the terminal 20 and the coupling part 28 of the terminal 20, for example, by interposing an insulating film. A corrosion part 30 is formed so as to cover the conduction blocking part 26 and the strand 11 exposed in one end of a wire 12, thereby preventing a corroded part generated in the terminal 20 from coming in contact with the strand 11. This suppresses corrosion occurrence near the exposure part 16a on the connection part side, so that corrosion of the wire 12 can be delayed as much as possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
