<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fouling preventing system for a rubber sheet member coated with an anti-adhesion liquid which can surely detect foul parts to which the solidified substance etc., of the anti-adhesion liquid are made to adhere which are scattered on the floor of an anti-adhesion liquid dryer without using labor and can remove the foul parts. <P>SOLUTION: When the rubber sheet member R coated with the anti-adhesion liquid L is held while meandering to a plurality of rack bars 2 and passes through the dryer 1, a part which dragged on the floor 1a and to which the solidified substance LS of the anti-adhesion liquid adheres is coated with a coloring agent whose color is different from the color of the rubber sheet member R with the application roller 5b of a marking means 4 set in the vicinity of the floor 1a, the detection signal of a color sensor 7 which has detected a part coated with the coloring agent is input into a controller 8, a cutting device 10 is operated on the basis of the detection signal, the part coated with the coloring agent is cut after passing through the dryer 1, and the cut part is removed to a prescribed place by a removing device 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
