<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous biaxial kneader capable of performing mixing, kneading, puddling, or the like of a solid-solid system or a solid-liquid system for use in a chemical field, a medical field, an electronic field, a ceramic field, a food field, a livestock feed field or other fields, in a short period of time without producing partially-coagulated grains or lumps, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Two kneading shafts 2 are housed rotatably in a barrel 1. A feed screw 7 for feeding the materials to the forward direction, feed blades 8 for forwarding the materials while kneading them with one another and return blades 9 for moving the materials backward are arranged on each kneading shaft. The feed screw is arranged in a material feed part zone 10. The feed blades 8 and the return blades 9 are combined with each other face-to-face and each arranged in an agitating/kneading part zone 11, a hardening/kneading part zone 12 and a diluting/kneading part zone 13. Partition plates 21 each having an opening 22 are arranged between the agitating/kneading part zone 11 and the hardening/kneading part zone 12 and between the hardening/kneading part zone 12 and the diluting/kneading part zone 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
