<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost, energy-saving portable simple drying device that can solve the problems that the time for hanging the washing indoor to dry at the rainy season should be shorter, the trouble should be spared to put a blouse on a hanger again after drying it, and that a drier is expensive, energy-consuming, and impossible to change its installation place. <P>SOLUTION: To take an example of tree type stand for simple illustration, quick drying is enabled by hanging the washing on a branch, which receive an air blast from a trunk of a tree. In this invention, the washing are hung on a pole, and receive an air blast from a rotary plate within a mandrel, resulting in quick drying.
