<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking plate which can be reduced in weight, while improving thermal conductivity of the cooking plate. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a cooking plate 40 for cooking an object to be cooked; a heater 30 to heat the cooking plate 40; and a temperature controller 31.
