PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric multilayer film produced at lower cost compared to a vacuum deposition method.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a dielectric multilayer film having a multilayer structure with two or more layers on at least one side of a transparent substrate such that a high-refractive-index resin layer and a low-refractive-index resin layer are alternately laminated. The high-refractive-index resin layer contains fine carbon-based particles with an average particle diameter of 1 to 80 nm.
