A timepiece movement comprises a minute-counting accumulating mechanism. The minute-counting accumulating mechanism comprises a chronograph second wheel (23) whose predetermined chronograph second number is A for one turn, a minute-counting setting wheel (12) and a chronograph minute wheel (13), the chronograph second wheel (23) connecting with a reed (111) and the minute-counting setting wheel (12) and the chronograph minute wheel (13) engaging with each other. The bent head of the reed (111) is matched with a gear tooth of the minute-counting setting wheel (12). The reed (111), driven by the chronograph second wheel, drives the minute-counting setting wheel (12); wherein the ratio of the tooth number of the chronograph minute wheel (13) to the number of the reed (111) is equal to the ratio of the largest minute accumulating number of the minute-counting accumulating mechanism to (the predetermined chronograph second number A/60). Moreover, the predetermined chronograph second number A is larger or smaller than 60, and the largest minute accumulating number of the minute-counting accumulating mechanism is larger or smaller than 30. A timepiece comprises the timepiece movement.
