The method involves controlling irregular sample of natural noise sources (108) by a chaos-based switching circuit. An irregular non-deterministic sample signal is obtained by mixture of a discrete square wave signal, a continuous sinusoidal output signal and a non-linear output signal of a stair function generator (101), a resistance, inductance and capacitance (RLC) tank circuit (102) and a non-linear Chua switching circuit (104). Phase of sinus oscillation is shifted between 0 and 180 degree. Statistical noises from the sources are scanned by an analog/digital converter (107).
