COOLING MEMBER OF NOVEL STRUCTURE AND BATTERY MODULE EMPLOYED WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cooling member is provided to improve processability while reducing manufacturing costs and to prevent water leakage by coupling a coolant conduit to a cooling fin. CONSTITUTION: A cooling member(200) comprises a plate-like cooling fin(210) and a coolant conduit(220). The cooling fin is such that two or more battery cell contact units(215) adhered to the outside of a battery cell in the state where the cooling member is interposed between batteries in a longitudinal direction. The coolant conduit has a hollow structure in which refrigerants flow in. The cooling fin is thermally contacted. The cooling fin is positioned at the outer side of the electrode assembly receiving portions of the battery cell.
