<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing provision of a service provision system capable of assigning the appropriate number of servers in a linkage system for linking a plurality of services. <P>SOLUTION: A client 110 requests to a plurality of servers 150, 160, 170 via a server 120 having a request distribution function. The server 120 calculates a relation between a screen and requests based on a past history, and then forecasts a number of future requests from the client according to the types and the number of the screens that each the client displays currently.
