<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring the velocity and the flow volume of the surface runoff of groundwater, and a monitoring device thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A device for measuring the velocity and the flow volume of the surface runoff of groundwater and its monitoring device include: a storage tank installed so as to be fixed on a ground surface area where groundwater runs off to store the groundwater; a liquid column tube into which the groundwater stored in the storage tank flows so as to raise a water column height; and a pressure type measurement means, located above the upper opening of the liquid column tube, to detect the runoff velocity and the flow volume of the groundwater from a water head difference for a rise in water column height. With the device, the velocity and the flow volume of the groundwater which runs off the ground surface can be easily and quickly measured; and moreover, data regarding the measured velocity and the measured flow volume of the groundwater can be monitored via an user terminal any time, in real time, on a specific time period basis, or upon user's request. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
