<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influence of heat from a power semiconductor element on a capacitor and to improve reliability in an on-vehicle power conversion device storing the DC/DC converter including a power semiconductor element, a cooling mechanism cooling the power semiconductor element, a reactor and the capacitor in a housing and mounted on a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The power semiconductor element 2 having the largest heat generation is arranged on the uppermost part. Then, a heat sink 3, the reactor 4 and the capacitor 6 are arranged from above in this order. They are lamination-disposed in a vertical direction and are stored in the housing 7. Thus, air heated by the power semiconductor element 2 is prevented from moving to the vicinity of the capacitor 6 and from staying there.
