<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately inspect a gas permeation member which can be used for manufacturing a pressure container. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection device of a gas permeation member includes compression means 30 for applying prescribed pressing force to the gas permeation member 18 in a vertical direction to compress the gas permeation member, inspection gas injection means 52 for injecting an inspection gas 42 having a prescribed gas pressure P1 simulating a high pressure gas from an upper side face of the gas permeation member 18 compressed by the compression means 30, an inspection gas permeation passage for allowing the inspection gas 42 to permeate an inside of the gas permeation member 18 and discharging the inspection gas 42 from an outer peripheral end faces or side faces of the gas permeation member 18, and a gas pressure sensor 50 for measuring a gas pressure of the inspection gas 42 which has permeated the gas permeation member 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
