<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect a transparent laminate having a second transparent body on a first transparent body with high accuracy whether or not the second transparent body is laid at a predetermined position of the first transparent body. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection method for a transparent laminate having a first transparent body and a second transparent body laid on a face in one side of the first transparent body is provided, the method comprising: an imaging step of imaging an outer circumference edge of the transparent laminate by use of imaging means approximately downward from approximately above the transparent body side; and an identifying step of identifying a chamfered portion of the first transparent body and the region of an inclined portion of the second transparent body based on brightness (light/dark regions) of the image taken by the imaging step, and then, if each region is identified, determining that the second transparent body is laid at a predetermined position of the first transparent body, and if each region is not identified, determining that the second transparent body is not laid at the predetermined position of the first transparent body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
