UNPAINTED AND WELDLESSLY STEEL FURRING STRIP INSTALLATION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unpainted and weldlessly steel furring strip installation structure capable of eliminating a process for corrosion resistance in a factory or at a construction site and also weldlessly installing mounting fittings on steel furring strips.

SOLUTION: A steel furring strip 1 is made of a closed cross-section molded product of highly corrosion-resistant molten Zn-Al-Mg alloy pre-plating steel plate. A mounting plate 3 similarly made of highly corrosion-resistant molten Zn-Al-Mg alloy pre-plating steel plate is mounted along an inner surface part of the furring strip 1 extending inwardly from an end of the furring strip 1 with a one-side bolt 5 from the outside of the furring strip 1 to the furring strip 1. Nuts 7 are caulked to the mounting plate 3, and also a through-hole 12 is provided concentrically to the nuts 7 in the mounting plate 3 and the furring strip 1. The furring strip 1 is bolt-jointed to a mounting side 4 by bolts 6 screwed into the nuts 7 on the mounting plate 3 via the through-hole 12.
