摘要 The invention relates to a circuit for a battery which has a number n of battery cells (10-1,..., 10-n) and comprises a discharge element (30), a plurality of switches (20-1,..., 20-n+1; 25-1, 25-2) and a control unit. The n battery cells (10-1,..., 10-n) are connected in series between a positive battery terminal (12) and a negative battery terminal (13) such that a number of (n-1) of connection points (11-1,..., 11-n-1) are obtained between the n battery cells (10-1,..., 10-n), n being a natural number greater than 1. Said discharge element (30) comprises a first terminal which is connected or can be connected to a first discharge line (14-1) and a second terminal which is connected or can be connected to a second discharge line (14-2). The plurality of switches (20-1,..., 20-n+1; 25-1, 25-2) can be connected between the battery cells (10-1,..., 10-n) and the first or second terminal of the discharge element (30). Said control unit is designed for connecting in a selectively conductive manner one of the n battery cells (10-1,..., 10-n) to the discharge element (30) by emitting control signals to control inlets of the switches (20-1,..., 20-n+1; 25-1, 25-2). According to the invention, the circuit comprises a current measuring unit (40) which is connected in series to the discharge element (30). Said discharge element (30) comprises a capacitor (32) and a coil (31) which are connected in series between the first terminal and the second terminal of the discharge element (30). Said control unit is embodied to connect a first selected battery cell of the n battery cells (10-1,..., 10-n) to the discharge element (30) during a first time period, and to disconnect said discharge element (30) at a switching time point and to connect a selected second battery cell of the n battery cells (10-1,..., 10-n) to the discharge element (30) during a second period of time directly following the switching time point. The current measuring unit (40) is configured to measure a current flowing in the discharge element (30) and to compare the measured current to a switch current threshold value. Said current measuring unit (40) is also configured to indicate the switching time point of the control unit when the measured current is less than the switching current threshold value. The invention also relates to a battery comprising said type of circuit.
