<p>The present invention, provides a. hair cosmetic composition containing the following ingredients (1) to (4):
(1) petrolatum in an amount of 0.01 to 20 mass% with respect to the cosmetic composition;
(2) a hydroxyalkylurea in an amount of 0.001 to 30 mass% with respect to the cosmetic composition;
(3) a tertiary amine cationic surfactant and/or a quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant in an amount of 0.1 to 10 mass% with respect to the cosmetic composition; and
(4) water. The hair cosmetic composition can finish the hair, after shampooing, with excellent smoothness, suppleness, and moistness and which is suitable for use as a rinse, a conditioner, etc.</p> |
