PURPOSE: A non-volatile memory, memory system including the same, and program method thereof are provided to improve a program performance by performing detection method according to environment information. CONSTITUTION: A sensing mode selector(150) selects a sensing mode according to environment information. A page buffer(130) senses data states of a memory cell(110) using a sensing method according to the selected sensing mode. The environment information is selected from the temperature of a non-volatile memory apparatus. The sensing mode selector includes temperature sensing unit in order to measure the temperature.
