PURPOSE: A multifunctional sterilizer and an antiseptic solution used in the same are provided to maintain a sanitary health state. CONSTITUTION: The lower end part of a spraying pipe(69) includes a spraying nozzle arranged in a spraying container and a removable spraying pipe in order to make a smooth flow of an antiseptic solution. A spraying hole cap post(35) is arranged in one side of the upper end part of the spraying pipe. The upper end part of the spraying hole cap post easily disinfects bacteria and impurities inhabiting in a nose.
