PURPOSE: A voltage compensating and supplying device is provided to design a compensation voltage generating unit suitably for a voltage for which a user wants to compensate, thereby generating only the voltage for which the user wants to compensate. CONSTITUTION: A voltage converting unit(200) converts a commercial AC voltage of a commercial AC power source(100) into a first DC voltage. A compensation voltage generating unit(300) converts the commercial AC voltage into a second DC voltage. A voltage supply unit adds the first DC voltage to the second DC voltage and supplies the added voltage to a load. The voltage converting unit includes a first AC-DC converting unit(210) and a first smoothing unit(220). The first AC-DC converting unit converts the commercial AC voltage into a DC voltage. The first smoothing unit smoothes a DC voltage outputted from the first AC-DC converting unit into the first DC voltage.
