PURPOSE: A producing method of nutrient-enriched rice is provided to use an emulsified composition containing liquid oil-soluble nutrients and water soluble nutrients to rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of nutrient-enriched rice comprises a step of uniformly spraying an emulsified composition solution containing liquid oil-soluble nutrients and water soluble nutrients to rice rotating in a rotating type coater. The emulsified composition is obtained by the following steps: dissolving beeswax in a container by heating at 40-100 deg C; inserting the oil-soluble nutrients after cooling the beeswax, and stirring; and inserting water soluble nutrient powder, glycerin fatty acid ester, and lecithin, and stirring the mixture for 10-180 minutes. |
