The device (1) has a transmitting and/or receiving unit (4) e.g. antenna, and active and/or passive electronic components (6) arranged on a substrate (7). A holder (8) for a security module (2) e.g. identification (ID) 000-chip card, is arranged on the substrate. The security module is galvanically connected with the transmitting and/or receiving unit and the electronic components and/or an energy source (10) when the module is inserted and fixed in the holder. Contacts for galvanic connection are designed as spring elements and fastened at the substrate and/or at the holder.
