Assembly base for solar modules

The base (10) has a base body (12) comprising a footprint (22) for supporting the mounting base to a substrate (24). A variable intake for a module plate that is designed as a V-shaped bearing fork for receiving an edge of the module plate. The bearing fork comprises an upper contact surface and a lower contact surface for the edge of the module plate which is arranged facing an inside of the bearing fork. The upper and lower contact surfaces are inclined to the base, where inclination angle of the upper contact surface is larger than inclination angle of the lower contact surface.
