PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical complex containing leukotriene antagonist and xanthine drug is provided to improve administration convenience and to treat allergic disease such as eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical complex of oral administration for treating allergic disease contains: leukotriene D4 antagonist of 4-10 mg of montelukast, zafirlukast, or pranlukast; a xanthine drug of 400-1200 mg of doxosylline or 200-800 mg of theophylline; and physiologically acceptabel excipient or aid.
