CONSTITUTION: In an incident area of the light, a first conductive type substrate(110) has a texturing surface having a plurality of protrusions in the front surface of the first conductive type substrate. A second conductive type of emitter is formed by implanting impurity into the substrate. A reflection barrier layer is formed in the emitter. The front side electrode pattern is formed by coating a first paste in the reflection barrier layer. A rear electrode pattern is formed by coating a second pate in the rear side of the substrate.
