PURPOSE: A second payment terminal and payment method using a mobile communication terminal are provided to supply expressway toll through a mobile communication terminal even though a user does not have a high pass terminal. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(110) communicates with a mobile communication terminal of a user. An information extracting unit(120) extracts identification information of the mobile communication terminal through an interface unit. A wireless communication unit(140) transmits identification information through the information extracting unit.
