<p>PURPOSE: A printed circuit board, a fuel cell, and a manufacturing method of a printed circuit board are provided to supply power to an external circuit from a fuel cell, thereby using a base insulating layer as a gas-liquid separating film. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cell(100) includes a cuboid casing(40). The casing includes an upper surface part(41), a lower surface part(42), a side part(43), and another side part(44). A plurality of electrode films(35) is arranged between coating layers of the bent FPC substrate. Each electrode film includes an air pole(35a), a fuel pole(35b), and an electrolyte film(35c).
