PURPOSE: A water-jet singulation device comprising a common jig is provided to enable a cutting tool to be selected by a user since various kinds of targets fix every part using a common jig and singulation is performed. CONSTITUTION: A water-jet singulation device comprising a common jig comprises a jig for an SD card(100), a mount(110), a common-jig base(520), a worktable(500), a water tank(600), a vacuum-state forming device(700), and a waterjet nozzle(400). A target is installed on the upper end of the jig for an SD card. The jig for an SD card fixes parts to be singulated from the target. The mount is formed under the jig for an SD card. The jig for an SD card is fixed to the upper end of the common-jig base, which comprises a through hole. The common-jig base couples the mount to the through hole. |
