PURPOSE: A producing method of a functional health beverage, and the functional health beverage are provided to offer a fatigue and stress reducing effect to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional health beverage comprises the following steps: inserting 600-1,200g of hemerocallis aurantiaca, 200-400g of lotus seeds, 200-400g of acorus gramineus, 200-400g of poria cocos, 200-400g of polygala tenuifolia, 200-400g of asparagus cochinchinensis, 150-300g of ginger, 150-300g of mint, 150-300g of chrysanthemum indicum, and 150-300g of lithospermum erythrorhizon in a medical herb heat extractor(S1); inserting 0-100L of purified water into the medical herb heat extractor, and heating at 80-100 deg C for 2-4 hours(S2); filtering the extract and mixing 98-99wt% of obtained extract with 1-2wt% of powder obtained by mixing and grinding 100-200g of borneol, and 100-200g of cinnabaris(S4).
