PURPOSE: A refrigerant pipe and an auger type ice-machine using the same is provided that the structure of the auger type ice-machine is improved, the ice of the small size is manufactured. CONSTITUTION: An auger type ice-machine comprises a refrigerant pipe(11), a driving part(12), and an auger(13). The refrigerant pipe comprises the inner tube and the outer tube, the spiral groove is formed in the outer circumference of the inner tube, the outer tube has the small inside diameter thing same like the external diameter of the inner tube or. The refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant discharging hole are formed in the outer circumference of the outer tube. The refrigerant flow is formed between the outer tube and the inner tube. The driving part rotates the auger locating inside the evaporation tube, locates in the upward of the auger.
