The present invention concerns a stuffing group for mounting on a syringe device for food products, of the type consisting of a product-containing hopper (T), a dosing head (2) and a dosing head (3), from which project one or more perforated elements (4), in the case in which an injection operation is carried out, or some distributor nozzles, during the course of an external depositing operation. Said perforated elements, in active phase, are positioned in the corresponding products to be stuffed (K). Such a stuffing group (1) is characterised in that the only element that is set in alternate rectilinear motion consists of the perforated element (4), which is always inserted in the body of the dosing head (3) and from which it directly receives the stuffing product.
