PURPOSE: A multi-functional pump is provided to easily transfer muddy water and stably drain water in a river and to allow for migration of fishes in a weir or waterside. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional pump comprises a block(50) that is configured as follows. A jacket(36) is installed at an angle on one side of a transfer pipe(31) for transferring river water and formed with a barrier rib. Inside the jacket, an internal wall is projected to form an injection section toward the inner edge of the transfer pipe. The other end of the internal wall and the end of the barrier rib are integrated and connected to the transfer pipe. A pressure pump(30) connected to a pressure pipe(55) formed with an inlet port is provided on one side of the jacket.
