The drink mixing device (1) has a collection tank (5) for collecting a mixed aqueous phase (7), in which higher water content is mixed as the drink (3). A product line (21) is provided for supplying a concentrate. A measuring device (19) is provided for measuring the concentration of a characteristic component of the mixed phase. An independent claim is also included for a method for mixing drink.
