<p>Claimed is an automotive front wheel steering geometry with two upper and two lower pivot points describing a predefined angle with respect to each other, together defining a virtual steering axis (46). One set of pivot points is attached to the vehicle chassis and the other is attached to the wheel support frame. In the projection of the virtual steering axis (46) the support frame, the gap between the upper pivot points (12, 14) is greater than that on the lower pivot points (16, 18).</p> |
