STORAGE VESSEL FOR STORING RADIOACTIVE WASTE HAVING RFID CHIP AND A SYSTEM FOR SEARCHING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for storing radioactive waste and a identification system thereof are provided to easily figure out the location of a container for radioactive waste by attaching an LED(Radio Frequency Identification) module to a container for radioactive waste. CONSTITUTION: A storing container(110) stores radioactive waste. A shielding apparatus(120) contains the storing container and blocks the emission of the radioactive waste. A RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag(130) stores the information of the radioactive waste. An LED module(140) displays the state of the shielding apparatus. A sensor part(150) checks the sealed state of the shielding apparatus and the storing container.
