PURPOSE: A password inputting device through a mobile device, receiving device, password inputting system including the same, and password inputting method using the same are provided to improve the security of a mobile device by using a mobile device as a password inputting device. CONSTITUTION: An inputting unit(100) inputs a password. An operation unit(110) decides an on/off pattern of light. A controlling unit(120) turns off the light of a display device according to the on/off pattern of the light. A display unit(130) turns off the light according to the controlling unit. The inputting unit is a keypad or a touch panel of the mobile device.
